What’s included in a live printing rental?
A rental isn’t just a machine — it’s a complete station. Here’s exactly what arrives when you book one.
The whole point of a staffed rental is that everything needed to print live shows up as one unit. You approve the design; we bring the rest. Here’s the full rundown.
The equipment, transported and set up
Your chosen station — a DTF heat press, a hat bar, a screen-print setup, or an embroidery rig — arrives on our truck, gets powered and staged, and is test-pressed before doors open. We handle the load-in and the teardown, including convention-center docks when the event calls for it.
A trained operator on the controls
Every rental is staffed. The operator dials in temperature and pressure per garment, keeps the line moving, and troubleshoots on the fly with backup heaters and spare transfers on hand. This is the part you can’t get from a bare-machine rental.
The blanks
We source the goods: Bella+Canvas 3001 tees, Gildan basics, Richardson 112 and Flexfit caps, canvas totes, or your own supplied apparel. We help you pick brands and stock the right sizes for your guest count.
Your artwork, prepped
We prep your file, color-match it, and test-press a proof so what guests receive matches your brand — not a rough approximation. Digitizing for embroidery and transfer-building for DTF are handled ahead of the date.
Do I need to supply the shirts?
Not unless you want to. We source blanks - Bella+Canvas, Gildan, Richardson 112, and more - and stock the right sizes. If you'd rather provide your own goods, we can print on those too.
Is setup and teardown part of the rental?
Yes. Our crew arrives early to power and stage the station and breaks it down and hauls it out afterward. Your quote covers that full window, not just the printing hours.
What do you need from me before the event?
Just your final artwork, the product and guest count, and the venue details. We handle prep, color-matching, and a test press so the live run goes smoothly.
